Extra Notes: - Touya's Death Touya was 13. Shouto was 5. Winter. Probably close to his 14th (Jan 18) / Shouto’s 6th birthday (Jan 11). Touya died after Rei was institutionalized. She wasn't there when it happened.
Family
- He grew up in isolation after Touya's failed attempt on his life when he was still an infant. He was regulated to a completely separate building away from the rest of his siblings with only his mother for companionship. - He hates his father because he hit his mother making her cry. - He never blamed his mother for his scar, recognizing that she was pushed to the point of a breakdown. He considers himself one of the reasons for her breakdown. - He always wanted to play with his siblings growing up, so he'll jump at the chance to do anything with his siblings including stuff he's not good at. - If given the opportunity, he'll let Touya go. - He doesn't want to see his brother in Tartarus and will do everything in his power to prevent that from happening. - He's a mama's boy writing letters to her on a weekly basis about his life. - He always wanted to meet Touya but was never allowed. - Out of all his siblings he's closest to Fuyumi who practically raised him. He'll do anything for her. - He always wanted a relationship with Natsuo. With Endeavor always training him, he never really got to see his brother. He didn't push the issue because he knew Natsuo hated Endeavor and didn't want to be the cause of an argument between them.
Friends and Comrades
- He admires All-Might and goes soft whenever he gets praised by him. - He admires Hawks and gets jittery whenever he gets too close to him. - He admires Midoriya and tends to look out for him. - He considers everyone in Class-A his friend, including Bakugou who's rejected his friendship.
Personal
- He doesn't usually mind people touching him or getting close to him. His family (except Endeavor) gets free reign along with his friends. Anyone he doesn't like, he'll physically push away before they touch him. Anyone he likes might get a reaction out of him, subtle but there. - He took formal tea lessons as a subtle way to overcome the incident with his mother. - His favorite tea is green tea. - He thinks of his scar as something his father gave him. - He doesn't consider himself 'handsome' just average since his scar likely turns people away. - He's a terrible cook because he never got the chance to learn since food was always made for him. - He's not a picky eater, he'll most things without complaint. - He likes tending to people hence why he put so much effort into incorporating medical supplies into his costume, and why he made a great field medic during the strike against the League. - He grew up in a traditional Japanese home so he finds comfort in that setting like tatami flooring and shogi doors. - Words are nice but they have to be accompanied by action without action they're meaningless which is why he always tries to put words to action. - He cares more about saving people not the law.
