PHYSICAL AFFECTION
Shouto's trying to put his life back together right now. He puts particular focus on his family, friends, and hero-training, but not so much on anything else. Also, he's not really openly affectionate which comes from being isolated during his formative years. Deep down he wants affection but doesn't know how to ask for it. When it comes to romantic affection, he's dense as a brick, so be blunt. Flirting with him? Go ahead. He likely won't respond because he probably won't realize it's happening. No playing coy or he won't get it. Hugging him? Sure! He generally lets people touch him without too much fuss. Kissing him? Peck on the cheek, go ahead. Though, how he reacts depends on established CR. Anything more, your best bet is to ask him before proceeding if he's not the initiating party, or you might just get a legit temperature spike. Generally, his reaction to any physical affection will depend on the established CR. Either way, it'll have to go slow because his emotions are tied to his quirk which means he might accidentally burn or freeze someone. Anything else? It's going to be a slow burn.

YES! He's been training since he was a kid and can always use some more lessons. He's got good fighting instincts and is generally a long range fighter. He's a powerhouse with his ice and fire quirk, but get close enough to hit him and he'll feel it. His quirk can usually overpower most of his opponents from afar, so he doesn't have as much experience fighting face to face. Pit him up against someone who excels at hand-to-hand combat and he'll go down. Hurting him? Go ahead and try! He's a fighter and won't go down easily. He can take a beating! With that being said, he's still has a lot to learn. Anyone who can get past his ice and fire and excels at physical combat can mop the floor with him. Killing him would be something we'd need to discuss.

Shouto's not openly affectionate at first. He's a slow burn kind of guy especially since it'll take him some time to figure out his feelings. It doesn't help that he's also slow on the uptake.
